Obviously, LAFC coming in had an impact, but I think this is alarming. Red Bulls set a record for the number of season tickets sold in 2016 with 11k and supposedly had a 10% increase last year so that puts them around 12k. Obviously, the Red Bulls had won the Supporter's Shield, whereas the Galaxy won the wooden spoon.
Alot of people on reddit said that they didn't renew because they could pick up better seats on the secondary market for half the price.
