Mls Pre-2015 Transfer Thread

Shea has natural gifts that are hard to overlook. I think you can question his passion, much as you can question the passion for Juan Agudelo. But if he wants to work hard, he is easily amongst the most naturally gifted American players out there right now.

Imagine if he had the work rate and passion of Michael Bradley?
Unfortunately for the US and probably now Orlando, he doesn't have either right now.

Smart business by Orlando. A young DP only counts $150k on the cap, so thats barely a regular pay for a non-DP starter in MLS. From a cap-POV, great business. But can he score in MLS?

F Erick Torres (12/23/14 - transfer from Chivas Guadalajara) to Houston
M Brek Shea (12/19/14 - free) to Orlando
D Tyrone Mears (12//29/14 - Discovery Signing to Seattle
GK Tim Melia (12/23/14 - off waivers) to Sporting KC
F Octavio Rivero (12-25-14 - transfer from O'Higgins FC) to Whitecaps

"Best of" Rumors:
Montreal Impact
-Ronaldinho
-Gilardino
-Riquelme?

Chicago
- Brazilian CB Adailton

Salt Lake
- Brazilian MF Wellington Pecka

Chicago signed David Accam and Igbeanike(?)
I thought I included that in my last update but now I realize that we talked about that in the MLS DP thread.

Yes those are two new Chicago signings, might be really big ones too for Chicago.

Is that ESPN article just sourced to a Washington Post tweet? I couldn't find an actual article by Steven Goff at WaPo. But I guess we'll all know soon enough. Gerard said in a video with LFCTV: "I'll be going to play in USA. I'm not over the line with any team yet. I'm close and as soon as I know, I'll make the announcement."

Zac MacMath to Colorado
Its a weird loan thingee, like Meara to NYCFC. But Colorado is in worse shape then Philly, RB or NYC. It might work out for him.
