Based on last year and the Cup game this season, I think the Mena is a better all around player than Hernandez.
And while White has real problems with his positioning as a right back, he seemed to be a good CB during the preseason. He's more physical and better in the air than Hernandez. I'd venture that we'd be no worse off with him and likely better.
Our team has given up the most goals in the league - if we're not willing to replace Saunders, then we have to make a change somewhere else. The weak link on the back line is definitely Hernandez.
