Primera Division - La Liga

Barca may come back here but Betis is playing an incredible game.

So, this is a story about the Spanish 3rd division, but why not put it in this thread?

As some of you may have heard from the Soccer News pipeline, Barcelona B recently beat Eldense by the shocking scoreline of 12-0. This result clinched Eldense's relegation to the 4th division and in response the club announced that they would not bother playing the last few games of the season.

The plot has thickened, however, with some Eldense players coming forward to accuse some of their fellow players and their coach, Filippo Vito de Pierro, of match fixing. Pierro has been arrested by Spanish authorities.

Real Madrid with a surprising tie against Levante today and Marcelo picks up a foolish 89th minute red card. Bale couldn’t seem to finish his chances despite having a decent game

How does La Liga, in this day and age, not have goal line technology? Messi took a shot today v Valencia which the keeper spilled, the ball dropped at least two entire ball-widths past the line and the ref called it a no-goal. Absolutely absurd.
