Looking good couldn't manage to watch this morning so my first time seeing these. 5-0-0 plus 16 GD season is going to be ridiculous .
Yeah I do know Gers fans rather dislike Aberdeen. Incident with someone , was it Barry Ferguson's brother Ian I think? getting injured and the Aberdeen fans being rather nasty about it? As a Non Scottish Rangers supporter it's not fully in my bones as it would be yours. Still imagine their decidedly the lesser of two evils when paired with Celtic. Plus it can only be good for football in your country to not have a duopoly . That being said Rangers winning a few in a row ASAP will elicit no complaints form me
Will be at Celtic Park on Sunday for the match against Dundee for my first ever match watching the Bhoys #BucketList
Have fun - terrible stadium if i do say so my self
On a serious note it would indeed be a bucket list stadium, avoid Hampden at all costs, shocking stadium imo, you travelling from the USA?
Thanks for the history refresher Andy. Should have remembered it was Durrant and from what I've heard portions of the Aberdeen support still sing about it?
Haven't made it to Scotland yet myself. Probably waiting till Rangers are back in the SPL to experience Ibrox at this point. Also nothing but good things about Tynecastle and as a history buff would probably want to see Edinburgh as well as Glasgow once I was in Scotland so maybe try to hit them both.
it was fantastic! couldn't have asked for a better game from Celtic performance perspective, aside from Izaguirre sending that PK into the upper deck. Great sightlines and a beautiful pitch and good atmosphere, I'd say 40,000+ in attendance. The lack of alcohol definitely changes the mood of the stadium and I think I'd actually say for the better (I'm a drinker, mind you). Really fun time. So, Goodfella, tell me, how was your first experience of scottish football up close?

I definitely will!Good to hear mate, glad you enjoyed it.
If you ever get the chance in the future, get along to an old firm game. You won't find an atmosphere anything like it anywhere in the world (at either Celtic Park or Ibrox)
Andy, has Zelalem been playing at all? Thought he might be a bit lightweight for Scottish football when I saw the loan move, but I've also heard a lot of positive things about Warburton so hopefully it will be a good experience for him.
