Of course. I was just thinking that they might want to loop through GCT since that's their usual destination anyway. But it's all conjectural. There's no point in doing it at all because the 7 train from GCT is already very convenient.
I just meant that the toxicity of the site was one of the first things talked about after the rendering dropped.
Yeah. In my defense—cynically— it wouldn't be the first time this thread has re-hashed old topics.
This would be a strange change of pace if true since there isn’t great mass transit nearby for either Long Island or Metro North folk.
At that exact location/intersection, zoomed in on google earth, it appears to be a thriving neighborhood complete with multiple above-ground, round swimming pools.
Across Shore Road, there looks to be a derelict(?) rail yard (who knew that was even there - kinda cool!) and beyond is the Bkln Army Terminal that’s already spoken for. Between the two is some semi-unused land that could potentially be parceled together with the rail tracks - no idea on the acreage.
Seems like there’s maybe some potential, but the transit issues are potentially formidable unless you want to drive on the Belt Parkway.
What am I missing???

Not sure what you mean by rehashed old topics, but this isn't "fake" in the traditional sense anyway. It can be both real and have an extremely low percentage of happening.
Was this the only physical info you received or are you just not comfortable sharing more?
Were there other renderings you were given access to?
How many different ways will people ask him to share more after he said 47 times he is not comfortable sharing any more?
