How do you guys feel about the Aqueduct site location wise?

There has been rumors over the years about moving races to Belmont and replacing it with something else.

I’ve always thought of Aqueduct as the ultimate fallback site wether the races are moved or not. Definitely not a good location but the land and subway connect is there.
