Just because it pleases me, I wanted to post about how LA and Steve Gerrard in his first match fell to the lowly Salt Lake team, who were playing without Rimando, Beckerman, Olave or Saborio.

RSL now travels to the winner of the KC/Houston match. Chicago takes on Orlando and RB takes on Philly in the other matches.

I would rather have seen Galaxy win. Until an MLS team wins the competition, I'm just rooting for MLS in general to put forward their strongest teams. Besides, Dos Santos in the CCL would be awesome.

Ugh, I just looked at the bracket while typing this post. Technically what I wrote above would have me cheering for Red Bulls and Orlando. I might have to rethink my stance.

Go SKC??

Root for KC? Never.

My guess is it will be Orlando and Houston in the final, I'm not sure why.

Thank god the Union pulled it off after giving up a tying goal in stoppage time.

I think there are more Philly fans that non-supporter Red Bull fans. It made me so happy that the Red Bulls lost. Obligatory #DOOP

So Chicago won the right to host the Final of the USOC, if they get that far. We'll know soon enough.
