I am not sure where or how to post this , therefore I am starting a new thread : My forum pals just want to share my exciting news that I am a winner to see this May 3, home game vs Seattle Sounders with Tom Winner, NYCFC's President.
First I won the NYCFC Scarf and now this. I feel the forum is my Lucky Charm.

If I get the opportunity to ask him a question , what would that question be? any suggestion?
I have one but just in case Mr W. is a forum fan, I wont write it here, don't want him to have a ready answer. It is not a " Got You" question. I think that would be rude to my host.

Well first I'd use his real name, Tom Glick ;). You're the winner. He's Glick. Just press him for stadium news the whole match. He doesn't have anything to do with player signings. But he's all over the stadium search.

I am bit non-plussed as to the names. Who is who? The email I received says Tom Winner( Below is a copy of the mail with details I received)

According to my Google search Tom Winner works for Langone -NYU Medical Center.
Tom Glick is NYCFC president.

Its too late to clarify this with Miss XXXXX X .Well if I botch the names I will blame it on the alcohol:D. I am looking forward to tomorrow and of course to a big win. OLe , Ole Ole NYCFC U R the Best

Not that it helps you in any way but Tom Winner works where I work. I just got a little excited to see my place of work mentioned here.

Did you leave the game in the elevator with Claudio Reyna? If so, we passed each other and #weaineemknowit.

Well, how was it

I apologize to ALL of You for being MIA. Please read my reply to @Lasker . it has all the information

First let me say the reason for it was that after such great and fun experience Sunday despite loosing the game, on Monday my family got sad news , especially for me. My favorite and most beloved aunt Gladys passed away. (RIP Auntie G- Love you and will miss you, your laughter and the delicious fritadas and empanadas )

They told her too much and are holding her in an undisclosed location.

LOL , thanks for making me smile despite my sadness.
Here are some news , it may be stale by now , since I read somewhere that a 3rd DP had been acquired.

My first question was about the acquisition of a third DP and the answer was yes- will not reveal who told me this although its not top secret but in future I may encounter this person and he/she may not be forthcoming in the future.

I also put in my two cents about how unhappy and upset many fans from our forum including myself about Frank Lampard MIA Status and that we should forget about him. The Response was no, the club still wants him and that he will come, soon. Don't know how truthful that is - only time will tell.

And finally a few minutes before the game was over, I told Mr Glick how disappointed I was with the game result and we needed a talented midfielder , he responded very simpathetically that " We are working on it"

The VIP Suite was very nice, The seating area was like watching from a big balcony. all the seats had a long table like runner made of glass to put your food and eat comfortably. The view was better because it faces in the exact middle of the pitch, therefore there is no baseball netting to obstruct the view. The bar was tended by Joe, I only had 2 glasses of wine, although there was a variety of liquor. The food was very good and varied from veggeterian, sushi, steak, chicken, pizza, salad, pasta. there was so much, wished I had a bigger stomach. Getting hungry now remembering it.

I was given a 2 tickets , which was a pleasant surprise. I took my cousin, he is a futbol fanatic since in the womb, and knows a lot about the game. Sadly he does not live here . He was visiting from South America. I enjoyed myself very much and my cousin is a joker too. we had a lot of fun and time flies when you are having fun.

I urge every body to use your points to win one of this event. its a bargain at 10 points of your CityZens reward points

LOL, No I did not leave with Claudio, I think he is married. Claudio indeed was in the VIP Suite before the game started. I did say hello to him since I had met him at another event.

@TabascoDiva First, so sorry to hear about your aunt. May you always remember her laughter, fritadas and empanadas.
Mmmmm, empanadas.

I also want to say job well done. It sounds like you had a fruitful, respectful pleasant conversation with the big boss. It seems every time one of these opportunities comes up the beneficiary says "I don't want to be too negative" and ends up talking about vague nothings. Here it seems that you managed to convey the reasons for fan unhappiness with clarity and without rancor or being rude. I'm glad you won and thanks for the report.

Thanks,Your words of support are very appreciated, and mmmm empanadas, yes our Ecuadorian empanadas are unique ingredient( flour and green plantain). She would make them from scratch and by hand with cheese; mozarella/ cheddar/ meat stuffing. The younger generations do not make them like they use to. Now we buy the Goya circles but they are thick and heavy. they are edible but not as delicious
Glad you enjoyed the report too. One gets get more with honey than with vinegar.
