what i find interesting is in his interview he says coming to MLS/NYCFC is a "big chance" and a "big step". Not sure what he means by that? Just the fact that he's coming back to the US? Coming from a top league in Europe to MLS doesn't seem like a big step/chance to me. but he sounds like a good player so I am glad to have him! If he turns into a maxi type caliber player for us as far as return on investment, that'd be great!

He's coming from the 2. Bundesliga not the Bundesliga.

Well, he's saying the 2. BL to MLS is a step-up. And Dusseldorf aren't exactly close to being promoted this season. (7 points off with 7 to go, very far off)

And when Ingolstadt was relegated, Morales only spent one year down in the 2.Bundesliga and then transferred back into the Bundesliga with Düsseldorf.

What exactly are we debating here. Lip service to the league hes joining? what do you want him to do come here and trash the league saying its a hiccup on his path to success? That's good way to get acquainted with the medical staff but not smart overall. Hes just being pleasant in his intro nothing more.
