Good point. Need to consider this one.

How about a rule that all score predictions are measured against the end of regulation (plus extra time, if applicable). If the game is tied and goes to penalties, the first tiebreaker is correctly guessing the winner in penalties. Then, we go through our usual tiebreakers.
