Chrome just does some things better. One that's important to my #Team50 eyes is the way it realigns websites on the fly every time you increase or decrease the magnification. Other browsers just make everything bigger and stuff goes offscreen. They also tend to forget, while Chrome remembers what magnification I use for each separate web domain. Also I probably rate Firefox above Google on the good/evil scale but I have my issues with them as well, but getting into that would divert the conversation in non-productive ways.Wait. Why Chrome?
I'm Firefox personally. Again, avoid evil Google whenever easy to do so.
Also, for pure privacy purposes, I think Brave is best, and Safari the best by a for-profit company. Again, I believe this is one thing Apple gets pretty right.
