I have no idea how they came up with this number. I believe last year, the capacity was 33,334 or something along those lines. They only sell the first two tiers of the stadium but certain sections (like behind home plate) may be closed. The new "party" areas are likely not counted towards seats since its an area and not bleachers anymore.
