Guess The Attendance - Home Vs. Seattle, May 3, 7pm

Let me ponder the Price is Right approach. We have a couple of weeks.
I run a weekly NFL pick-em pool against the spread. The tie-breaker is total points of the MNF game. Every year somebody who loses a tie-breaker suggests we should go with the Price Is Right approach and I just say no, because there's no good reason to favor estimating on the low side over estimating on the high side. Closest is closest.

That's always been my view of it. Price is Right approach works when you are letting people pick in sequence and you want the last one to have an advantage.
