The man who saved Mexico's World Cup chances, led them to the Round of 16 and won the Gold Cup, Miguel Herrera is out of a job.

Apparently, this has something to do with an alleged punch to the neck of a reporter while in the TSA line at the Philadelphia airport.

Supposedly the reporter who was punched had been critical of El Tri's performances at the Gold Cup.

One report also claims that the reporter incited the entire incident by getting up in El Piojo's face.

I'm not really sure what to think of this whole situation at this point. As a Mexican fan I am disappointed to see Herrera go. Who doesn't love a big ol' eccentric guy with a terrible haircut and celebrations worthy of unrivaled internet fame?
