Team is apparently on vacation this week, no replacement manager has been announced, when everybody returns one week of practice. The Toronto match is gonna be a trap game.

That was always the case. They’re going to have 11 days between games to heal up and get their heads straight.

From Toronto’s perspective, yes. But everybody has been singing the praises of how two weeks between ATL and TOR is plenty of time to get a new manager settled with the team for the transition. Now we find out that the players have scattered for a week (a mid season break is not a bad thing) which leaves the learning curve to a single week for both the eventual manager/staff (if named by then) and the players. I know they’re all professionals and can (should be able to) respond to new direction, but this is looking like the makings of a wing-it week.

New coach with no apparent direct ties to current staff, despite being in the CFG family and surely in regular contact with PV over the last couple weeks I assume. This should have everyone going 100 leading up to this game trying to secure their spot.

No reason we shouldn't win this game. Toronto looks ok, but we've still got the better roster and home field advantage.
