Home game vs Houston being moved to Hartford, CT

That would mean we play 5 games away in a row before the Final home game.

The Yankees should play it on the 7th at home, or give KC an away game on the 7th or 21st, or just forfeit the game.

Or just not play the game. Is one game in a 162 game season really going to decide an AL East or Wild Card spot? No.

There is no way I will go to this match if moved outside of the city limits. They better refund my tickets without me having to move a finger.

Fck it, they should rent out Red Bull Arena. RB is playing in Columbus so the venue is theoretically open.

rumors are there will be discounted buses. Also that your season ticket card will not be good for this match and you will have to buy a separate ticket

Okay, you started this thread and you're stirring the shit. I've been on reddit seeing this same garbage and saw it being taken down so before you throw wild rumors around post or screenshot everything you quote. Show me these rumors of buses. Show me these rumors of needed a new ticket.

From all I know, this is just an inside story concocted by supporters who know nothing of the inner workings of the MLS or MLB offices. I count bullshit on everything until I see or hear something official.

I was just informed this morning by the FO that due to unforeseen circumstances, the home game that was scheduled for 9/23 has been moved away from Yankee Stadium to Pratt & Whitney/Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT. Season ticket holders should receive an e-mail with additional information. Here are some key things specific to those of us in the supporters section:

- Game time will be 3 or 4 pm, depending on TV schedules.

- Seating will be in sections 110-113.

- Your season ticket cards WILL NOT be used for this game. You have the option to either get a refund on this single game or select another future date. Ticketmaster also will not work. You will need to purchase tickets from the Pratt & Whitney stadium ticket office.

- All tickets will be priced at reduced rates. You can anticipate approximately $15 supporter section tickets.

- The team is working on buses to the stadium for ALL fans. There will be a $10 reservation hold. Pickup locations will be at up to 9 different pub partners throughout the boroughs based on demand. TR will primarily be riding from St. Pat's at 22 W 46th St. You are welcome to ride from any location that is convenient for you however. Locations will be selected and communicated by the club.

- YES, we're working on smoke grenades.

- YES, we're looking to tailgate.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask. This isn't ideal but I choose to look at the positive. We have an opportunity to potentially get a "full experience" while we're out there. Details have to be ironed out but I'm working with the club to make it so that we can enjoy being there.
