Really excited to see where he slots in. This is a guy handpicked by Kreis apparently, has to have a position in mind for him.

He went down on the south american dream quest, and came back with Calle. Not sure if you would go through that trouble to get a guy for depth.
I've seen plenty of guys brought in from other countries that have been purchased for potential who ride the bench, others penned as starters fall flat on their faces. Kreis was known to sign several South Americans for potential and not instant starters at Salt Lake.

I just hope they don't misuse/force him into something he's not. He's best as a central midfielder, not an attacker. He can go forward, but he's not the guy you want to rely on to score. Might be a nice compliment to Lampard when the time comes. He's also great at linking up w/ a dynamic #10.

Isn't he best on the left? Looks like where he has played most of his pro life...

He's better left of center than right of center - - - but not as a pure LM.

He thrives when he has the ability to work more in the middle of the pitch (IMHO). He loses a bit of his overall effectiveness when he's asked specifically to attack.

Can someone get him the correct size shorts, maybe a large. Have him running around in smalls. Poristio!

Yesterday at the autograph signing he said that he was feeling much better and should be practicing this week or early next week. Yes, I shamelessly inquired about all of our injured players health and recovery status.
Shit that means he's not playing vs RB and we get to see Lloyd Sam come back just in time for a LB feast
