I'm Around
We have a new bar partner for 2017, St. Pat's Bar & Grill on 46th street between 5th and 6th avenues in Manhattan.

St. Pat's has truly gone all out to host The Third Rail's 2017 away match watch parties. We will have the entire 2nd floor to ourselves (there is a patio beer garden with a projector and a 3rd floor, if need be) and will be decking out the space in The Third Rail and NYCFC gear in the coming weeks. You can expect the following at EVERY away game watch party this year:
  • Happy Hour 1-hour before matches - $2 beer cans/$5 well drinks/$5 Jameson shots
  • During the game - $4 beer cans/$4 domestic pints/$6 jameson shots/$12 domestic pitchers/$15 import pitchers
  • A Third Rail signature cocktail (to be determined on 2/18)
  • A Third Rail exclusive food menu
  • Raffle for Two tickets to the next home match
  • Beer Pong and Flip Cup on request in the beer garden
Throughout the season there will be free food buffets, signed NYCFC item giveaways, a St. Pat's sponsored bus trip on 4/8 to DC (with beer and food), some free kegs for tailgates, and much more throughout the season.

There will also be an on-going, season long raffle to win flight/hotel/tickets to the 9/16 match in Colorado against the Rapids. Every watch party that you attend will give you one more entry into the raffle for this trip.

St. Pat's is committed to helping grow The Third Rail and we're looking forward to spending our away matches there.

May I inquire about the move out of Playwrights? Did they kick us out because they were losing money off the free beer pregame?

They didn't kick us out. We decided to leave. The free beer happy hour was being taken away and menu prices were going to increase so we decided to look at other options. Two bars were very interested in hosting us and gave us phenomenal offers. We went back to Playwright to give them an opportunity to give a competing offer and it was nowhere near what the other two places were offering in writing. We settled on St. Pat's because the space is better suited for our needs over the course of a year.

I went there today and I can tell you right now, this spot is going to be POPPING!
