I've been following the Third Rail pretty closely. Are we looking to make a Manhattan specific faction?
Yes. Right now we are just trying to grow the group as a whole. Once we get big enough as a Supporters Group to branch out the first natural progression would be to create borough specific chapters. I don't know the timeline on this, I suppose it's up to us to see how fast we can grow the membership of The Third Rail.
