According to City Soccer Talk, São Paulo owes Orlando City US$4.3 million from the Kaká loan. São Paulo failed to live up to several agreements in connection to the loan.

Orlando City has turned around and said they will drop the lawsuit and forgive the debt if they get midfielder Paulo Henrique Ganso in transfer for US$1.5 million cash.

Man, if this works and if they somehow get Chicharito on top of it.... Crazy.

Hate their fans but the ownership group is pretty ambitious.
