What's the equivalent to click bait when it's a podcast? He didn't even talk about him!
Then I tweet what gives and he just retweets it!
I think at this point he's just trolling.

I don;t see how he is ever going to get in at CM. He is behind Mix, TMac and Lampard, and possibly Mikey Lopez. He's not even in consideration at CDM. The only spot i see for him is RW, and I think he would be great there.
He is our version of Victor Cruz. Just much older, and most likely not as good a dancer
And no KITH collab. How is he behind Lampard? the guy never plays. I think he only signed for jersey sales.

Correct, not a good dancer (1 minute mark):How is he behind Lampard? the guy never plays. I think he only signed for jersey sales.

In a heartbeat.Here's an idea
Poku for Sean Johnson
How in the hell is Poku not fit? Does he have asthma? I just can't imagine after working for a year and a half in a professional weightroom, the guy's still not at an acceptable level of fitness. It could be true, but what gives? This train just pulled into Overreaction Station. Wynalda is a blowhard and is pissy that his guy Poku wasn't starting last week. However, consider:
-Poku is not going to play CM in a 4-3-3 - he doesn't play enough defense (OR he needs to learn to be one of the 2 shuttlers around Pirlo which will take time)
-Multiple sources have said he was not fit in preseason
-You don't put in Poku as a sub if you want defensive help holding onto a lead, its obvious that Bravo is Vieira's closer (think Chelsea putting in Mikel)
I expect to see Poku as a sub if we are chasing a goal in the second half against TOR. If that is the case and he is not put in the game, then I would start to worry. Maybe PV surprises us and throws the fans a bone by starting him against TOR with the thought to build up a lead and then shut it down.

Ding ding ding !!! We have a winner !!! I think you nailed it on the head. His body is probably mostly made up of fast twitch muscle fibers. So he's explosive strong and fast, but is biologically less capable in terms of endurance.
Additionally I suspect Kreis had a one size fits all mentality in terms of workouts, getting recessive slow twitch muscles out of a predominantly fast twitch body requires a very specialized workout regimen.
Now that the season has begun, it's hard to get an aerobic base up to a high level while having normal team workouts. The long off season was when he, and every player on the team, should have been logging lots of miles broken into easy/long miles (5-10 mile runs at 60-70% heart rate) and also tempo training (75-90% max heart rate for 3-4 miles). If they had done 5-6 runs a week totaling 30-40miles (in addition to whatever weight work they were doing), they'd all have a high aerobic capacity to work with. His body is probably mostly made up of fast twitch muscle fibers. I just did a quick search on the subject... According to this two year old article, if he is genetically predisposed, he will never develop his endurance. His body is probably mostly made up of fast twitch muscle fibers. Interesting. If this suggests that he's been/being traded, then kinds sucks he was used for the jersey roll-out.... sucks more for the folks that bought his jersey.....
He's probably missing it because he is out on a 10 mile run.
I think an important follow up to this is, what players are at media day today?I saw this posted afterwards, so might not mean much...
