I'd call it a Tony Taylor situation. Nobody knows the type of injury he's dealing with so it may be three months, six months, or a full year or longer....
I assume the team will come out with some kind of statement regarding his injury. Hopefully it's not a knee injury that would require surgery
Has anyone checked in on the health of his larynx as of late?
Tough luck for a great guy. I hope that the team doesn't take any drastic measures in light of the fact that he takes up a much-needed international spot having been born in New Jersey.

Crazy thought: Does RJ deserve a call up to a USMNT camp/training?
He needs a LOT more games before he'd ever be considered. But if it ever happened, he'd be the true rags to riches story.

i heavily criticized him last season. didn't think my opinion would change on RJ but to be fair, he's been solid this season.. he sure showed me, huh..
Doing my part and coming to say that I never thought RJ would be playing as well as he is. He still has the occasional moment where he looks amateurish, but he has surprised me this year.
