Seat Selection Late August

We should be receiving emails soon.
Seat selection will begin late August and roll into early September.

4. Actual selecting of seat locations (mid-August)"

Hopefully the notification comes this week and the actual seating will probably be in September. :/

I'd imagine he has a contact that works within the organization that may be privvied to information that isn't made public or official.
