Just the STADIUM. Lots of work still to do on the land but it'll get there. Willets Phase 1 completed by 2026, stadium completed by 2027.

Assuming they design and build it properly, that should end my concern of then going cheap on the stadium.

Don't worry - just think about how epic all the construction updates are going to be. Watching the Carrier Dome in Syracuse be transformed was a blast -- I hope we get the same here!

Still hard to wrap my mind around the Dome looking so different - it's one of those things that will always exist in a static place in my mind, like the MONY Towers.

Here's the wild part: That's almost the exact plot of land I've had my eye on all along. I would have been fine with the GAL site, and I could have lived with Harlem River Yards too if it came to that. But this is damn near perfect.
