Really nice clip from Ian Joy as he was coming in for a landing at LaGuardia. Two of the buildings from Phase I of the project look to be topped out, or close to it, and you could see our stadium starting to take shape. Pretty remarkable with Citi Field across the street. It's going to be amazing when it's complete.
Does that include pitchside or just the tunnel section?

I wonder what the timeline expectations are. On one hand, 30% sold with almost 2 years to go, great. OTOH, they didn't exactly sell out like Taylor Swift tickets.
It's very hard to have an informed opinion on this because we don't know har far into the STH list they have gotten. For example I think it's reasonable to expect to sell at least 50% of these seats to existing members. We don't know if they are on track for that.
They likely view the results so far as very positive given that they are expecting premium accounts to be primarily new accounts (like 80/20) and they are still moving through STH and FM.

Unless all stadium renderings look pretty much the same, it looks like it was designed by the same company, or at the very least rendered in the same software program
at this point I would not be surprised if there is a friendly in 2027 vs Bolivar. or even nycfc go to bolivia to be opening match for their new stadium.
