It always amazes me how quickly structures go up after the foundation/ground work is done.

This gibes with what I learned in my call just recently. East sideline will be a bit more than half of west, won’t be all inclusive, and won’t have the plush leather seats but regular plastic.Forgive me, I have yet to read all 1200 pages, but based on your post I'm going to assume this may be new information. Based on what I was told on the phone and at the experience center, the East Club will go on sale in November or December and will range from about $3500-$6000 (non FM). This wasn't explicitly stated but it sounded like it would be the next exclusive phase.
Also from what I was told, the club will have its own entrance on the east side of the stadium but it will just go to the main concourse, non all inclusive, no view of the field from the club, but will include parking.
FWIW, I'm really excited to take advantage of the food scene in Queens. I love the special food treatment at YS. But for me that's good for 1-2/year. The rest of the time I'll be pre-gaming in Flushing or Corona.I have my appointment to pick seats for the new stadium tomorrow. Currently have 2 seats in the Champions Club and I’m really struggling on if I will actually sign up tomorrow.
Currently spending around $6,000 for the two seats and while that’s a lot it’s cheaper than paying for food and parking with my 16 year old. Plus he loves the experience. However, just switched jobs and it’s impossible to make weekday games, he is my youngest and when he leaves we may move away from NY (I’m in hospital administration and there are more jobs available in lower COL areas), I don’t like the idea of having to sign up for multiple years at a time, and it doubling in price really hurts. Not sure how I justify $12,000 a year for seats where I know I’ll miss a lot of games.
I’m interested to see what I do tomorrow.
I like the disassociated approach to the process. Tomorrow you is a mystery to you today.I have my appointment to pick seats for the new stadium tomorrow. Currently have 2 seats in the Champions Club and I’m really struggling on if I will actually sign up tomorrow.

No, the team has not announced when the non premium seating will begin. I reached out to Brad Simms a few weeks ago and in his response he mentioned prices for the 20K non premium would be set a year from now and that was early June. It was a lot of Brad Simms spin talk so it wasn’t really worth posting about. The basic idea of the letter was telling the team not to out price the fan base and basically have an empty stadium (ie Giants, Yankees and their moat) and please try not to screw over the STH holder and especially the Founding whatever they are calling them not too much. I implied they are trying to charge premier league level prices for not premier league level players.Does anyone know when seat selection will begin for non-premium seating (ie when they start with founding members in order of priority)?
I think they consistently have said non-Club seat selection will happen in 2026, but have not been more specific. No, the team has not announced when the non premium seating will begin. Its too bad about the east club, if it was just like the west club without food I would have gone for that. We dont drink and wonder how much cheaper our seats could be if they even just didn't included alcohol. This gibes with what I learned in my call just recently. Is the east club considered premium? All those seats on both sides of the stadium only add up to 5k?I think they consistently have said non-Club seat selection will happen in 2026, but have not been more specific.
You said you would have had to put 12% down? And the rest in January and June? We had to put 10% down ($1320) 50% in January and then 40% in November. Then our payment plan for 2028 will start in January of 2027.Future me did not disappoint in his wild card nature.... I really love going to games but I backed out of signing up for seats.
A few takeaway points for the sideline clubs:
I may jump back in for the next round but wanting a minimum of 2 tickets it's hard to justify having to pay $12,000 for two seats, sign myself up for at least 3 years of payments, and having to pay $1,200 today, a minimum of $6,000 in January and then a minimum of $4,800 before June.... and I don't share their enthusiasm that I'll easily be able to sell tickets to games I can't attend.
- Looks like 25-30% of those seats are gone.
- They have the current benefits of the Champions/Legends seats
- You have to put 12% down when choosing a seat, 50% in January and the remaining 38%
- Prices at a minimum are double what we currently pay (starting at $6,000 a seat and going up quickly)
- You have to choose 3, 5, or 7 year contracts
- The longer the contract, the longer your seats stay at the original price
i think it is the lowest level of premium and will be sold in 2025 out very early 2027. I have no idea about the numbers. Is the east club considered premium? All those seats on both sides of the stadium only add up to 5k?
Yeah, I was told they would go on sale by then end of the year. Just surprised if they only add up to 5k seats total.i think it is the lowest level of premium and will be sold in 2025 out very early 2027. I have no idea about the numbers.
Also my info is second hand from forum posts.
Sorry, you’re correct. It’s 10% down. I was busy at work and not really paying attention to my typing and perhaps a little emotional about it. Has anyone else gotten their seats and read the agreement? I would love to know what you think of it to see if I'm just making a big deal about nothing.
I am sure it’s a bit easier to Sims to say 5K premium and 20K non premium instead of lets say 7K premium and 18K non premiumYeah, I was told they would go on sale by then end of the year. Just surprised if they only add up to 5k seats total.
We're in champions too. The price increases have been nuts, and now with the new stadium. Though we think the food in champions is not great, we have thought of downgrading the past two years. We trade in a bunch of games to upgrade to legends a lot of the time. It seems the food in the new stadium will at least be a lot closer to legends. Was hoping the new stadium would have like an endline club with similar seats. I'm going to miss having a table in between our seatsSorry, you’re correct. It’s 10% down. It’s hard to swallow that I’d still be paying for 2026 and have that much due for the 2027 season.
