Who Do You Want In The Dispersal Draft Tomorrow?

Which former Goat do you want to see in blue?

Might it also make sense to pass on players that they aren't willing to protect in the expansion draft? This way, the expansion teams can't just snatch them right out of their hands, instead they can be signed afterwards.
Makes sense for the other teams. But what about NYC and Orlando? Makes no sense to not take cheap players.

Players picked up during the expansion draft were announced as protected, from what I saw.

The difference with this draft against the others is that (from what I gather) contracts roll over with this draft - if you pick up a guy in the other drafts, I'm fairly certain that the contracts get renegotiated. So if someone didn't like a high salary cap number, they'd wait until the next draft and hopefully pick up a guy then.

Still, I don't know why we didn't take AJB, especially when he was still there in round 2.
Players from Chivas are not auto-protected.

Will the released players become free agents or will they go into another draft with no salary constraints?

I think this should also lead you to believe that no one has any clue what the new salary cap will bring

The pick is certainly growing on me. We don't have an academy. We have no idea if we're going to get anyone on loan from MCFC. We need some youth. Developing is what Kreis apparently does. I think I like it. Plus the kid has been good enough for European clubs to be interested to this points and he played the the USA U17 and U18 teams. Sounds like pretty good upside to me.

I'll buy in especially since we crapped on their last decision.
