I don't like gator or power ade so I may not be the most woke on this, but I bought a case of this stuff at Costco and struggled to get through it.
A cousin of mine who is a PT says that's it's more effective for athletes than Gatorade.
hmmm if it taste like gatorade then ok. if it taste like powerade then nah its a pass for me.
It has a coconut water base. Way better overall than Gatorade which is primarily sugar.
I’ve done long runs and interval workouts and this is better for hydration afterwards..... or more pointedly, I feel better, faster.
do... do you pour it on yourself? "armor" just seems like a poor choice of words for a drink - clothing sure, but not something you ingest
Looks slightly healthier but that isn't saying much for a sugary sports drink made to replenish athletes during and post game/workout.

Thanks to my friend, my son was able to meet Maxime Chanot over dinner. Very very serious guy. And he’s absolutely terrific with children. It’s really too bad they don’t do more things with big Max.
