Home - Nycfc V Philadelphia - 04/16

Sounds good to me - if he says he's good to go, who am I to argue - I hope it's true because he must be on quite the high after last night
if he wants to go thats fine but i dont want him to be gassed on Sundays game and become ineffective.

Really? Where?

That's a rough turnaround - a 70 minute game plus a flight from Texas

Why are soccer players treated like fragile infants. Not blaming you, just saying in general.

A baseball schedule is brutal. They play almost every day and fly all over the place. Granted, baseball players aren't constantly moving for 90 min, but the game is still physically demanding.

He said he is getting in to NYC at 1pm. Didn't sound like he would start, but sounded like he could be available. Said he was 24 and he feels fresh

No reason why he can't come into the game at second half. Like he said, he's young and fit. Play his ass. Two games in a row isn't going to kill him.

Not all infants are fragile - I was dropped numerous times until my twenties and I turned out A-OK!

It's probably the running several miles in a 90 minute period - baseball probably is demanding (I have no idea) but the game is a slower pace where you have time to rest between being in the outfield and being up at bat

Edit: for reference - players run 7 miles on average - saucy sauce: http://www.runnersworld.com/fun/distance-run-per-game-in-various-sports

Has anyone confirmed if the D Train will stop at Yankee Stadium Thursday Evening? It usually skips 161st Street during the evening rush Uptown, but they suspend that fr Yankee games.
For Yankee games (all times), the D always stops at 161. I'm sure they'll do it for NYCFC as well.

Saunders, Calle, Wingert, Hernandez, Williams, Jacobson, Ballouchy, Grabavoy, Shelton, Villa (C), Nemec.

Shelton starting should be interesting!
