i used to love fitteds ive slowly converted to a snapback guy. also hate the fact that if you order online you dont know if its a perfect fit. Even when i get the same size different hats just fit differently

Agree 100%. This is both the beauty and the curse of the hand-blocked New Era caps.

They used to have the blocking machines at their flagship stores, where a good craftsman could easily make your hat up to 1/4 inch bigger, but they got rid of them.
