All the ways for NYCFC to clinch 1st this week...

What result are we rooting for out of Portland - New England?

The Revs sit 3 points above Chicago with a game in hand, but a tough schedule. They also play us next.

Do we root for a Revs victory that leaves them effectively in the playoffs, but not officially? A scenario where they can clinch with a win or tie against us at home? Or do we root for them to lose? leaving them up 3 points against a tougher schedule and behind on the tiebreaker - a desperate team with the pressure on.

Decisions, decisions.

We win, Philly ties or loses, and this game don't matter. If the other 2 don't happen, I don't think there's any New England scenario that makes a difference. They will need the points no matter what.

We are getting the desperate version of NE that’s under pressure. They lost tonight, so they are 3 points up with 2 games left, having the tougher schedule and a losing tiebreaker.

And San Jose is up in 1st half stoppage, 1-0, so it might not matter, as you said.

Zlatan’s going to knock them out of the playoffs

I know and I love it. I'm actually excited to see that match up. I hope it happens. Truly.

And looks like LAFC have the supp. shield wrapped up.

In other news.. GO QUAKES!!!

Wow Portland blew a two goal lead in the last ten minutes. Huge break for the Quakes if they can hold on.

SHIT Bedoya equalizes...

Avaya’s shitty field cost us there. Quakes field is much worse than ours btw.

damn. 1st place isn't locked in yet and we go into NE with potentially 5 key players missing. not cool.
