UEFA Champions League 19/20

Haaland is ridiculous!

ManU’s FO has got to be the worst management team in the world to have walked away from his asking price to make a point to his agent. Jeezus what a shitshow leaving Woodward at the helm.......

I expect Liverpool and psg to both overturn these first leg results but I really hope neither do .

liverpool i think so. they're at anfield and they are the much superior team. if they are in form atletico doesn't stand a chance.

PSG has the precious away goal and only need a 1-0 win. but they will have their past few years of falling apart in the 2nd leg weighing on them. if dortmund go in there all guns blazing and haaland remains on fire... i think they can advance.

I think Dortmund is more likely to score two than get shut out.

I'll go with Atalanta then. That looks to be the closest matchup on paper, with Valencia being the "softest" #1 of the round of 16. I think Napoli may surprise people too vs. Barca, but that depends if "CL-Liverpool-beating" Napoli show up or "lets-lose-to-Parma" Napoli do. See how their new manager settles in, if he does at all.
Atalanta currently winning 2-0 at the half

EDIT: 3-0 now
EDIT: make that 4
FINAL EDIT: 4-1

wow...

otamendi giveaway starts a string of mistakes that result in conceding a goal after attacking like crazy. real madrid steal a goal against the run of play.

Two away goals is huge. Didn’t get to see the game but looks like City peppered the goal. Saw some highlights and they definitely had chances.

ive been complaining a while about serge aurier. He cant defend anyone. horrible right back.

Tottenham have a bit of an excuse with all the injuries but they've been pathetic under Jose so far. This is probably their worst season in a decade and I'd be pretty pissed at Jose/Levy if they were my team.

They are my team and I'm fucking disgusted. This started last year under Poch, so I think it ultimately falls on Levy, but Jose is absolutely not helping. He is clearly past his best-by date. I don't even know how they fix it now.

The past 3 transfer windows they needed to buy players. Loss walker and trippier, need to go get a top RB. Rose is aging, Need a top LB. RB/LB was key to poch's system. Needed a solid back up to kane, needed some extra midfielders. Didnt buy any top talent.

They used the money from champions league to pay for the stadium and not to get more players. Almost wish they kept the lane and built a championship quality team.

If they dont spend money to fix the problem (which they said they wont because they missed CL, they will probably go the rebuilding route with homegrown players etc. Sad.

Angelino looked really good today. Wish we could get a loan from the mother club like that...
He's looked really good under Nagelsmann at RBL. I remember hearing some Man City fans ragging on him after a few meh displays under Pep in the fall. Looks like the loan in January has been really good for him. Maybe he just doesn't fit the Pep system? He's done well for both PSV and RBL, and while they aren't the massive club that City is, their attacking systems have given him a chance to shine.

Almost had another one or two assists as one was called offside (Werner was just ahead) and I know he put the ball in the box for the final goal, but I think because the ball was bouncing around before falling to Forsberg he won't get credit for one.
