And yet, if I saw that jersey with another team's crest on it, it wouldn't be bad at all - the colors work well for what it is and blend with the "sponsor's art" but because the club and sponsor are one-in-the-same, it's all ruined. I pray they have the large Red Bull text on the back side again so the jersey is completely ruined.

adding to this - they're also missing out on ad revenue - it doesn't cost them anything to put their logo and it's already on their badge - look at Bayer 04 Leverkusen, they don't use themselves as their sponsor

They just let the world know what they were about back in 99-00. But agreed, the LG sponsor along with the Bayer Aspirin logo is a classier, and probably much more monetarily beneficial, look for the club

And I'm always slightly surprised every time I'm reminded that "aspirin" is trademarked still in most of the world.
