You think there’s that much of a markup from what they charge us already that it wouldn’t make sense at that point for us to say keep your damn 400 section seats in the nosebleeds and re-buy 200 level tickets with everyone else?
Also, last I checked Citi Field also has a 500 section
mgarbowski I feel since it were to hypothetically be in NYC, they'd invite or sell to a ton of famous people or higher ups. "Who would've thought we'd be having a soccer final in NYC before 2020" type idea to get people to go. If they have the space for it, they'd want to fill out the Stadium, I'd feel.
I don't think they'd want all the famous and rich people sitting in the nosebleeds. Plus, look at how "well" the FO is treating us now with season ticket renewals. Who's to say they wouldn't shuffle us up to the top of the stadium to make space for more money.
adam I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see them try and drain as much as they can out of our pockets. You're probably closer to being correct in assuming they'd only be pushing us up a section, but I also wouldn't be surprised if they stored us in a meat locker outside the stadium. Sell seats on the roof of the stadium while they're at it.
