If I remember correctly, there was a point during last years preseason where we had a surplus of international players and not enough international spots. I remember many people scratching their heads and wondering how many slots we actually had.

I believe we can go ahead and make the deals as needed, and only comply with roster rules once we finalize our roster for the upcoming season. As for the Ofori deal, I suspect if the deal does happen an announcement won't happen until either Ghana wins or is eliminated from AFCON. As of right now, Ghana has qualified for the quarterfinals

Yes. The gentleman who has been tweeting about the deal did mention in one of the replies that if it happens, it will be finalized post AFCON.
