Custom jersey?

Sorry if this is totally weird haha, but watching yesterday on Fox, the camera flashed to a dude in the crowd a couple times who was wearing what seemed like some kind of custom jersey... it seemed like colorblocked blue, white, and orange across the front, and they had a Third Rail patch on the back by the neck. It looked really cool and I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it. Thanks!

That's a Third Rail jersey, the CT branch designed it. Looks good in person.
