I disagree he should have never got dropped after the Orlando game and should have got more a chance i think his confidence was killed. But today he was working and he created a good scoring chance chopping brilliant and forcing Hamid into a great save. I think it’s the start of what he can do he just needs more time. The slow start has to be because he hasn’t got good consistent minute since Orlando. He got a start then played 10 minutes in each game after that. He should get 25-30 mins every game if he isn’t starting in order for him to catch some type of form to be a good spot starter. I think Wednesday is a good game to give him a great run out. He played well today and held the ball up and made some plays and if it wasn’t for some bad refereeing he should have got two foul calls in the far cornerWell yeah, ironically I thought Lewis probably had his best game of the season. But he's had a quiet start in general and after he got the start against Orlando he hasn't really grabbed the bull by the horns and I think he's slipped way down the depth chart again. Which is why I was excited to see him get a full 45 minutes as a striker today, but I was left unconvinced that he can fill in for Mitri on the regular.
Ditto for Medina, who I thought had a tidy game but yeah - what does he really do for this team? He's what, fifth or sixth choice with this formation now?
