Seven You said something on the shout box that has me intrigued ? You said I blame Spain for David's condition . Yes going over there and picking up that injury was very bad for all party's . But for all he's done for this team and the MLS landed him his recall . So do you think it was unwise of him to play for Spain ? Was he trying to have his cake and eat it , or was it his drive and love of his country that led him home then simple Bad Luck that brought him to his misfortune?? Did you think it was a good idea for him to have gone ?

No, I think that recall was well earned by Villa, and very deserved based to how great he has been. And he seemed so damn happy to go.

I'm just sad that what should have been an amazing high ended the way that it did. He only played 3-4 minutes, and it likely cost him a second MVP and maybe the Golden Boot as well. And of course how it messed up NYCFC. Would we be stressing out about losing the 2nd seed if Villa hadn't been recalled?

I agree and lets not forget about that Over Blown Stupid Be all End all Award ...The Ballon d'Or what a crock of European Shit that is !! It's So Fkn Rigged and Fixed !! My Andrea should have gotten it twice But No ......Messi or Ronaldo come on now Really ? Our poor David would have never stood a chance and How Fkd up is that ? VERY !
 
I hope CFG/NYCFC gives him a lifetime contract. He'll probably go back to Spain after he retires with NYCFC and continue to build he DV7 Academies across the world. But damn, I'm proud he's our Captain.
