Sunday helped out quite a bit for NYCFC.
Orlando dropped 3 points.
Chicago and Philadelphia dropped two apiece.
City picked up two positions to #7.

It's imperative that City beat Columbus on the road Wednesday.
I don't see them beating Galaxy next Sunday, but then, I'm biased.

Agree the Columbus match has to be a 3 pointer, because I simply can't see us going out to L.A. 4 days later and winning. We're going to need every lucky bounce and break to go our way in that game just to secure a single point.............which btw would be huge, but I'm not counting on that either.

Frankly, I'd like to see City win both Columbus games just because of the Crew's proximity to City in whatever table you care to look at.

As for Galaxy, they have occasional offensive and defensive lapses. They have a CCL match on Tuesday for which Bruce Arena will probably start a B+ squad. If Gerrard starts scoring goals for Galaxy, though, watch out. The rest of the squad is already going pretty strong already.
