Hey all. I know we're bummed about our season being over, but just wanted to encourage folks on here to keep tuning in for the remainder of the MLS playoffs on TV, and please encourage all soccer fans you know to do the same. TV ratings for the league have been growing exponentially this year, but need to continue to grow, rapidly. Particularly in the East with two Canadian teams playing, the U.S. tv ratings may not be all that pretty. Hopefully people realize how incredible a matchup / rivalry it is b/w them, and also tune in for the likes of Seba, Bradley, Jozy, Drogba, Piatti, etc. We will see.

In any case, I think it's really important that we as NYCFC fans realize that we are not just fans of our team, but fans of the league, and need to support its growth in every way we can. The better the MLS TV ratings, the more $$$ the league will see in the future, which means higher salary cap (and more DP slots?), better quality players, better fan/stadium experiences, etc. etc. etc. By supporting the league, we are really supporting our club and helping ourselves as fans.

If you're not interested in watching the games, just DVR them. Same result as far as the networks know.
