So Im a lifelong Yankee fan and was drawn by the partnership w/ NYCFC. What do I need to know before kickoff?

You've come at a great time. The 2014 MLS has just begun. There's no better way to get acclimated with MLS than just watching some games on Sat and Sun.

My money is on RBNY this season, though being from NY I am slightly biased.

Like you my friend who was never into soccer has been curious. I took him to his first game at Red Bull Arena and he had a great time. Now he can't wait for NYC FC to form.
