Ease back on considering that anyone here is against against your presence in principle, and I believe you’ll find that there’s pretty much always a subtext of fun and wit, even among the little jibes and cynicism.

Unless it’s from Ulrich, and he’s just angry towards everyone.

On the flip side, I do love that Hivemind managed to stay in the 3rd person at times in the midst of this tirade.

So I happened to be on vacation with my gf (first trip together) last week in the LA area. Had a wedding to go to on Saturday the 24th, bounced around the area, checked out Joshua Tree, amazing. Then spending Friday and Saturday staying in LA before flying out early Sunday morning. Decided to check the MLS schedule and noticed, holy shit, I'm going to be in LA during the first ever Trafico. Looked at tix, cheapest available were $100/each. Got all excited, then realized that there is no way I could take my gf, on our first trip together, to a soccer game, especially one in which my favorite team isn't playing. Went for bike riding along the beach instead.

Damnit did I make the biggest mistake ever.

Either you break up, and you really regret it. Or you get married, and in that case, she’s at least tacitly accepted your particular brand of crazy.
