Rogue One was good.
It seems like you very much want to open that can of worms on the internet. Not that I want to open that can of worms on the Internet.
Can't stand 3D. Gives me horrible headaches. VR even worse.I'm not a fan of 3D and thus I'm disappointed that the only versions of Rogue One is IMAX 3D, 3D, and Standard.
It definitely has a romantic subplot to it, but if the trailers are to be believed it'll be no more pervasive than the subplots in Gravity, or Interstellar, or Arrival, and I liked all of them as "guy films" just fine.
If the trailers aren't to be believed then they've done an awful job of marketing the film because they've really made it look like 5 parts suspense, 4 parts action and 1 part lovey dovey. At any rate my mum and sister saw the trailer and were both instantly turned off and refused to come to see it. They're both going to go to see a genuine chick flick instead.
I am surprised to be writing this, but Sing was remarkably good.
It was well tied together. No significant dangling story lines.were they able to fit all those character storylines from the trailers into the movie? the trailers make it look like you could have made a whole 12 hour-long episode series.
One of the best (funniest and most heart warming) movies I've ever seen was the French film Les Intouchables.Chocolat (ita french so calm yourself)
I really like
Sing Street
Agreed. The writing really made the audience feel for Chocolat and captures turn of the century france so damn wellOne of the best (funniest and most heart warming) movies I've ever seen was the French film Les Intouchables.
It's in that category of top 10 movies I wish I had never seen so that I could still experience them for the first time.
Haven't seen it but the reviews which are mostly negative seem to indicate that there is a creepy stalker or even borderline rapey element to what they try to pass off as "lovey dovey" stuff.
