New England Revs Have Goldman Sachs Helping To Secure Stadium In Boston

While this is awesome news, no way the anti-Olympics Boston govt helps Kraft build a stadium by 2017. 2020 maybe.

I guess it takes crooks and thieves to make deals with other crooks and thieves to get a stadium deal (or anything else for that matter) done in a large city.......NYCFC, please take note.

The anti-government olympics was a referendum by the people of Boston, not the government. It didn't have the city support. I think a stadium that is permanent and has lasting purpose, the city and its government will support. But you know, local fucked up politics.

Maybe by the time Atlanta joins in 2017, the only team in the East playing on turf will be... Atlanta.
Since the stadium would still be run by the Krafts, and Boston weather is not much different from Foxboro weather, I would bet that even the SSS plays on turf.

I don't think the Garbs would let a SSS be turf.

Kraft is Garbers boss. Too many people think DG makes the rules. He's their employee. He doesn't have as much power as Goodell.
