I, too, think Spurs will have a more difficult season. At a minimum, the sheer number of absences during pre-season will mean their early season squads suffer. And then there's the fatigue factor given the minutes those players have in their legs over the last year.
Using your same logic, MCFC, LFC, MUFC will also all suffer as they are all who’s who of national team starters. LFC will have an easier start to it since Egypt and Brazil got knocked out early, but still, a lot of key guys logged minutes.
As a Leeds fan I have always had a thing for the teams that also hate Man U. That includes Liverpool and City. I will never forget Viduka scoring all 4 against Fowler-era Liverpool in a come from behind 4-3 victory. Both teams loved to punch and were defensively ambivalent and valued living over not dying. Liverpool obviously doing a better job of the latter.

I honestly have no idea what to expect from this season beyond another mid-table finish. Everton are saddled with the horrible squad "construction" problems from the last two years and that will have lasting impact. Bringing in Richarlison is... fine? Too expensive, but a good chunk of that is "we poached Silva" tax and we definitely need a productive attacking midfielder. He was tenth in the league for open-play xG last season, and that's including the fact that he basically downed tools after Silva left Watford.
The Grand Old Team forum seems to much prefer Tierney, but I think I lean slightly Digneward. Probably just snobbery on my part. Digne is older so there's less upside, but he's also considerably more experienced than Tierney. That said, it's unclear to me why Everton would be an attractive destination for Digne while I'm sure Tierney would be a lot more excited by the idea.
I selfishly want you guys to give Antonee a nice chance, but I can appreciate the risk of doing so.

This is great! But it’d be better if the colors could be grouped so it’s easier to compare quantities of red/orange/green. Because as is, it appears LFC is better off than MUFC, but in actuality LFC has 6R/5O while MUFC has 9R/4O, so not that much of a difference (-2); granted, I haven’t totaled the missed days so it could be way more skewed, or not.
I would argue that green should also be applied to the players who started vacation after the postseason international friendlies, but pre-World Cup.
Uli is just nuts, but not entirely wrong in ripping Özil for his defensive performances.
