I can see them doing one more sale for around 10 percent in the next 3-5 years, if needed.

Some people don't remember but we had perfectly good tasting apples but threw them away and it wasn't even because CFG hates apples.

Seeing as how we are operating at a loss I’m sure CFG want nothing more than a permanent home and success for this club. I honestly thought we were making profit and they didn’t care as long as we are profitable. To find out we are in the negative and in part due to the stadium share changed my thoughts a bit. also, 3-4 years means that just about everything is in place right? It’ll take just about 2-3 years to build the damn thing and about a year for all the lawyer stuff.
Probably factors in debt on the training facility and renting / converting YS for soccer.

What was the number that was quoted for how much it cost to rent Yankee Stadium? $1m per game, right?
So that's $17m, plus $10.1m in guaranteed salaries last season. Plus probably around $10m in transfer fees last season. That's already at $37m+. Then factor in other operating activities, academy, coaches and support staff and training facility costs, front and back office support. Then add in either reasonable or "funny" (for FFP purposes) accounting for scouting network and other allocations, I'd be surprised if we were operating in the black.
How would we not be? What's our revenue stream? Even likely our biggest, ticket revenue, is completely taken out from under us based on the ridiculous rent payments to the Yankees. Any revenue streams that can be will also be put on MCFC's books to help with financial fair play.

I think the latest thinking is that peak oil was bad science. The better technology gets, the cheaper it is to drill for crude that was previously believed to be too expensive to harvest.
Right now, the biggest threat to the middle east is American technology, which could permanently put downward pressure on oil prices by decreasing the cost to produce.
Yep, except that all the fracking is gonna lead to a lot of polluted water systems and a shit-ton of seismic activity where none formerly was. So we’ll beat them down to manageable prices to drive our cars around a wasteland.

So that article essentially tells us we made no money. £40 million loss is about $55 million in dollars. Give or take the month.
Yeah, that's a large figure. But how is it out of the question that the club is operating at a loss? Again, I haven't seen anything to indicate at all that the club is close to breaking even at the moment. The TV dollars just aren't there yet.
I guess the restriction on signing local TV deals past 2022 applies to us and YES as well, yeah? MLS is bringing production in-house. Yet to be seen how they broadcast those games.

They’re bringing it in-house and supposedly making camera locations consistent for all broadcasts. When I read that, I wondered if they specifically had a plan for YS to raise the sideline camera up because it’s distance/shallowness is what makes the broadcasts so bad by giving the appearance of a super-6 field. If they could fix that, it’d go a long way towards making our matches watchable from home.
Tactical cam available on all games please.
I highly doubt that will pertain in our case. YS is not going to create a second set of camera placements, which would likely mean removing seats.
