The difference in premium business might be biggest for NYCFC, which, Sims said, expects 20X growth from where it is now. That will be augmented by events-hosting businesses that will keep various parts of all three new stadiums busy year-round, with hundreds of bar and bat mitzvahs, concerts, European soccer friendlies or even the LA28 Olympics, in the case of Etihad Park.
“Those are completely new business units for us, and pieces of inventory that you just don’t have access to as a tenant,” Sims said.
