Bullshit escape from paying proper wages to restaurant employees. Tipping needs to go away.

At least you guys don't have the system we have in the UK, where increasingly restaurants will simply include the tip onto your bill as an extra item when they print it out. That said, on the other hand our tips are at a lower level than yours.
