MLS Digital Hires Rachel Bonnetta (Bonnetta leaves for FOX Sports in 2016)

I agree 4.5 out of 5 is pretty good, not going to lie.

Gross, Orlando fandom is -1.5 penalty.

Okay, we're now just talking about female correspondents, objectively. I think we should close this thread and delete it too.

JayH JayH and Christopher Jee Christopher Jee have horrible taste in men, obviously. You don’t know what handsome is, at all.

I’m disappointed.

Also, regardless of anything else, if you are offered a job based on your looks and accept, I feel as though you have actively acquiesced in having your looks judged. It’s just the way shit works. If someone hires me because I’m good at math(s), and I turn out to have a hard time solving for “x”, all the best to me not getting criticism.

I'm not a Berget fan, at all. I think we just provided the platform for people who provided what the people wanted.

Totally. And I would be surprised if Bonnetta herself would be bothered by this kind of discussion. Might even be reading it right now because I would probably Google myself too.

My working theory is that wanting to or being OK with being attractive is conflated with welcoming sexual attention, which sometimes eventuates in sexual harassment, which when widely reported results in a backlash against anything at all sexual, which is just categorical misattribution. Or just generalization. The most horrible thing about it to me is that people can't actually exchange ideas because of an overly punitive atmosphere, which retards the amelioration of the entire situation, which is counter to the desires of all parties involved.

100% agree. And you really think she reads this? If so, hey Ray! Why don’t you slide into my DMs ;) I’ll overlook the whole arsenal, RBNJ, Orlando thing because you’re totally hot. Happy to share pics bc I’m not really just a hat. But if you really want:

I'm so proud of you right now.

You are in the minority my friend. Regrettably.
